When my Dad died we went into JH Way and met with the funeral arranger, Lyndsay Saunders. Lyndsay was fantastic from the beginning and made a difficult situation bearable. She was very understanding and supportive and made sure everything went to plan. This was a very emotional and stressful time for my Mum and the family and I can say that the service we received was of the highest.

Lyndsay Saunders was a caring and considerate person with whom to deal at a time of stress and emotion. The presentation of staff at the actual funeral was impeccable. I would recommend without hesitation. My thanks to all the staff.

We would like to thank J H Way Funeral Services, Dawlish and in particular Marie Frankum very much for everything they did for us in the funeral arrangements for our mum. From the very start Marie was sympathetic, professional and understanding and this was a huge comfort to us. Everything went so smoothly with all our requests being carried out perfectly. The church service was truly lovely and at the crematorium everything was conducted with the utmost respect for mum - we couldn't have asked for better! We would recommend without hesitation. Thank you once again, your service was exceptional!

I can not recommend JH Way Funeral Services enough. Lyndsay was a joy to work with. Her help, advice and recommendations all excellent, I dread to think what my mum would have ended up with if I'd been left to my own devices!! Thanks so much Lyndsay, you are a true star.
