Very Happy. Knowledge of their products, delivery and installation of our under - counter fridge and freezer all very good. Good price - included replacing wired in with sockets for the plugs, so no electrical hassles. And we found the people very pleasant to deal with. Recently pleased with oven from here as well. So highly recommend.

Went to view a fire which my wife and I couldn't agree on. Hugely impressed with the 'old school' informed customer service we received. No sales pitch but we will happily buy very competitive prices too when we finally agree.

Sorted out an in-warranty problem with an integrated dish washer in an exceptional manner. Can’t imagine getting such service from the big high street names. Well done guys.

Bought aa cooker for my elderly mother DG delivered next day installed and removed old one total cost was less than the big outlets really freindly and helpful excellent why travel out of Rugeley going back for a freezer
