I would highly recommend anyone to this family business. Nothing is ever a problem for this team. They conducted my mothers funeral in May 2020, ***** star service all the way through a horrible time. They have also provided a memory stone for mum, to be placed at her care home, again o et expectation, they have again helped me with remedial work to my mothers headstone, corrected works from another stonemason.  Thank you all again for your continued help over the last 2 years, I am eternally grateful

Placed my Em into the care of Hackett& sons and the care and attention given was Amazing from start to finish every detail was perfect but mostly gave me peace of mind my Em was given dignity at all times the staff and owners all shown how caring they are and was Thank you x

They were more professional/sympathetic than the co-op funeral parlour. I was taken into a room and details were discussed. Co-op foleshill road, spoke to me by front door.

Unfortunately I’ve had hacketts take care of multiple funerals. Very respectful and caring staff. They provide a great service. They were very kind to me and excellent in every way when my mum passed away. Thank you hacketts.

Well I have contacted this Company twice after numerous recommendations,  they have not given me the courtesy of a reply if only to say that they cannot accommodate my request,  poor customer service, first impressions last!!!!!!

Recommend 100%.  Lovely people. Respectful. Sympathetic. Compassionate. Helpful. Gave great service and advice when it was needed most. After my family had bad service and had to change funeral director to J. Hacketts Hilary was amazing. She gave advice, communicated at every step and most importantly in my situation listened to what we wanted as a family. Brilliant service from beginning to end.

A truly amazing funeral directors. They organised my Grandmothers funeral with no troubles and gave her a send off with the up most dignity and respect. Thank you
