JD’s Plumbing is awesome. We have used them a few times now and we are really happy with their work and response time. From the first time we called them when our hot water heater decided to die while family was visiting, to replacing some water shut off valves and installing a kitchen sink faucet, to the most recent issue of our utility sink backing up, they have done a great job each time. I can't recommend JD's plumbing enough! We had a clogged kitchen sink and their team was at our house within hours to fix it. Their team was professional and explained everything to us along the way. They even noticed a broken but still functioning faucet and told us it was under lifetime warranty! All we need to do is call the manufacturer, let them know it's broken, and they'll send us a whole new setup for free! Once we get the replacement faucet we'll be calling JD to install it for us. Thanks again for all your help!

JD's Plumbing was the best price to remove and replace our storm drainage pipe and remove an old bathroom in our building. They were great at communicating who their technician would be, when they would arrive and how long the project would take.  I highly recommend them. Their team is very knowledgeable.

Jonny was Great!! Diagnosed where the water leak was coming from, repaired it and got us in contact with the restoration team who came out that same afternoon to evaluate the water damage. Jonny was professional, knowledgeable and just a really nice person!! Thank you!!

I had JD's plumbing come out to install a new pump for my basement after the flood we had last year in the fall that ruined my basement. LET ME TELL YOU!! these guys know there stuff especially Jonny and have made my basement dry and let me sleep at night knowing I'm protected with the new pump.  Jonny was excellent to work with and was very friendly, made it feel like I knew him and was very trust worthy. Tested and ran the pump before he left and even called back to see how everything has been. These guys have been great, and I highly recommend this company.

We called JD's Plumbing to help one of our customers in Vermilion, they needed to cap off a few water lines. They had sent Joe out on the job, which he got to the job fast and did a great job. Our customer was overly pleased with JD's work and can't thank them enough for a job well done and the quick response time.

Johnny and Troy were a great help when figuring out our hot water tank issues. We live in a duplex and the piping is a mess and they were diligent in getting to the root of the problem. They took the time to explain everything to us and were very patient with all the questions we had.
