Very disappointed, after many years of using JB Alarms their customer service seems to have dropped. No goodwill from their side whatsoever. Have paid yearly service contract for years and assumed CCTV was covered, they advise it isn't and would not come out to help us without charging quite large fee's. As with previous feedback appears this is the direction they are going.

Charged £90 to just put a replacement battery in approx 3mins work and I even had to supply the ladders.
