Iydea has become one of our regular restaurants to eat at when we visit Brighton. Once again the choice of food was fresh, varied and delicious! Costs are very competitive when compared to others. Pleasant dining atmosphere overall. The staff were very polite and helpful.
Bring vegetarian it’s unusual to be presented with so much choice! Excellent selection of buffet meals curries, bakes, pastas, arancini etc. along with sides and dips. I had a delicious veggie nut roast and the baked potatoes are also worth singling out as particularly delicious.
The best vegan food in Brighton. I've been coming to this restaurant for years and the food only gets better. The drinks are delicious and the staff are really friendly and service-oriented. I can't recommend them enough. You don't have to be vegan to eat here. I certainly am not, but I still love their food.
Really good food! I stopped in for smoothie but ended up getting a plate - it looked so good - and it was a great choice. My plate looks like a mess ; I’m glad I went in!

The variety of food was great and it was good value for money with generous portions! Canteen style of service but the food was really fresh and hot to eat. Staff lovely and welcoming..go veggies!
