Phoned at 8am, got a appointment for my ear ache and was seen at 10am. Was very efficient booking in with the touch screen. I think the downstairs needs better signage for the pharmacy desk as I didn't know where to go to get antibiotics. I found it by, mistakingly, asking the middle aged blonde lady on reception, who seemed rather insulted I did. Other than that I was impressed with the service, thank you!
Been trying to book a dr appointment for 3 weeks now.nEvery time I call at the correct time it’s always fully booked for afternoon appointments for the day.nIn what world are we not able to book non emergency dr appointments in advance also so people are able to work around there lives. No one is willing to help at reception. They will always just send you away if it’s not the correct time. Either 8am or 11am dead on or no appointment. I am so shocked and also concerned about the lives of people that go to this surgery.
I am reviewing the dispensary, they are consistently very good and clearly work under pressure regularly, I need to visit every month and can honestly say every time I do they are so kind, however my recent experience was even more than, when a lady went above and beyond to help me. It makes such a difference and they should all be rewarded for their continued effort.
We're very lucky to have a surgery like Ivy Court in Tenterden Kent. The whole team are dedicated and professional. Can't give 6 stars but they deserve them
Shocking treatment by reception middle age blonde women . Dont understand that people attending the clinic may have mental issues waiting in a very long NHS list and yes its hard not to face them without the frustrations , but no empathy at all no duty of care .nnWould not recommend this surgey to any one . Constant poor performance especially at reception
