I recently visited the Ivory edit and ended up saying yes to my dream dress! I honestly can’t stop thinking about the day and the whole experience. I visited ivory white bridal in the morning sister store where Erin looked after me, and then the ivory edit in the afternoon where Athena took over. When I first booked my appointments the girls at both stores were just so helpful, I needed lots of reassurance about sizing and they were here for it! They even helped me arrange the day out and gave recommendations on where we could stop for lunch between appointments to make a day of it.nI never felt pushed or rushed. I was given alone time, time with my guests to talk and take pictures, and time to just sip my Prosecco. We were allowed to browse the rails ourselves rather than having dresses picked out for me. I could try on as many dresses as I liked, and different veils/ sleeves etc. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt so comfortable and happy, that when the moment came, I was beyond ready to say yes! We discussed variations I could make and was given information about what happens moving forward with the seamstress and fittings. Athena was knowledgable and friendly, patient and generally so nice to be around! I felt like I was with friends around Athena and Erin as they made me feel so comfortable so fast!nAthena guided me through each step of the dress process until I was ready to say yes. The store is beautiful at the Ivory edit especially, and I honestly could not recommend enough for the best dress shopping experience. Be prepared to say yes as the dresses are STUNNING! I had the best experience at Ivory White Bridal. It was the first wedding dress shop I had been to and I never expected to find my dream dress and accessories in my first visit.nErin was so lovely and knowledgable, she even picked out some additional dresses for me to try off the style and dresses I had already tried. No question was too much and even helped me pick out accessories that I hadn’t even thought of and was instantly sold! They brought the whole look together and was exactly what I wanted without even knowing. The shop as a whole was so relaxing and me and family were made to feel so comfortable.nThanks so much for the best experience! I can’t wait to come back once my dress is ready to collectnnIf you’re looking for the dream shop to find your perfect dress, I would only recommend here.
Ivory White was the second bridal shop I tried and they were so welcoming and friendly from the get go. The attention to detail was so lovely and made the whole experience more special for me - from being offered a drink on arrival, and a mince pie it was December! and having my name written on the welcome sign… the team are all so lovely and can’t do enough for you. I didn’t feel rushed at all and they made me feel so welcoming and comfortable, trying on dresses can be overwhelming and an anxious experience but they made the whole thing so fun and exciting.nA special shoutout to Helen and Sophie, you’re the best team thank you
Ivory White was the second bridal shop I visited, and never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d say “yes to the dress” so quickly! Erin was absolutely incredible and made what could have been a daunting experience as a curvy bride feel truly magical.nnHer warmth and genuine care made me feel so at ease, and she turned the entire process into something I’ll cherish forever. Yes, I did cry on and off for a good hour, but they were all happy tears!nnI wholeheartedly recommend Ivory White in Duffield, and especially Erin, to anyone searching for their dream dress. If you’re looking for a magical experience and hoping to say “yes to the dress,” this is the place to go!
This was my second visit to a wedding dress shop and I was not expecting to find the one but I did! I found the perfect dress! Erin was amazing, really knowledgeable and accommodating. She allowed me to try on many dresses and gave me time to take it all in, no pushiness, just care, patience and attention. They also have so many beautiful dresses, would highly recommend this bridal shop.
