Iver Village Infant School is a non-denominational school for boys and girls aged from 4+ to 7+ years.
Iver Village Infant School is a friendly, vibrant two-form entry school serving the villages of Iver Village, Iver Heath and Richings Park. We share a site with the Village Hall, Community Nursery and a Sure Start Children’s Centre; collectively providing excellent education and care from 6 months to 7 years. We have nine bright, attractive teaching spaces, a hall, library, ICT suite, medical room and office accommodation. In the school there is a large shared area which offers an excellent teaching area. We also have a very attractive playground, a large field and a productive vegetable Garden which are all used throughout the year for Teaching and Learning as well as for play.
Our 12 classes are organised into two Year groups of 60 each;
Year R (Reception /Foundation Stage), Year 1 and Year 2 (Key Stage 1).
The Staff and Governors are committed to achieving the highest possible standards of social, academic and moral education for the pupils.
Our vision is to create a secure and stimulating learning environment where all achievement is valued and celebrated. We set high standards of learning where children will be valued for their individuality, culture and heritage.
