Ian persevered with a challenging boiler and tank replacement project and completed the work perfectly. He has since returned to complete annual boiler service work, including today. He is competent, friendly and helpful and his charges are fair with no surprising extras. Highly recommended technician.
Ian moved my boiler from inside the house and fitted a combi oil boiler outside. This was done with as little disruption as possible. He then tiled where the old boiler had been and the utility room looks like new. Ian was punctual and worked quietly and cleanly. I would recommend Ian to everyone. Since the boiler job Ian has fitted a bathroom and en suite for us and all look great.
We have just had a new boiler installed by Ian from ITR plumbing&Heating and we are so glad that we choose him to do the work as he moved the boiler to the new postion made an excellent job of the plumbing he is very meticulous and does the work as if its his own he takes great pride in what he does .we highly recommend him and he will be doing all our plumbing work in future.
