Hit or miss this place. When they get it right it's really good, tasty food and arrived hot most recently. Had a few bad experiences in the past so only 4/5. Getting review bombed for bad customer service which I've not encountered but can give a decent rating for food being tasty and portion sizes and good too.
Ordered through Dunfermline Eats. Selected a delivery time of 8.30-9. Phoned after that time to politely ask for a quick delivery update, was told food was still cooking. I asked for a time as it was past my delivery time slot and received a terrible attitude response telling me that I had picked the delivery time and they weren't late, so tough. When I explained that they were already past my chosen delivery time and they just told me it was still cooking , I got told it would be with me in 2 minutes. I stay at least 15 minutes drive from the takeaway. No way would it arrive in 2 minutes. Terrible attitude and customer service. Food arrived an hour later!
Been waiting for ages for my delivery I ordered it to mod caledonia the delivery driver went to babcock dock yard two totally different places, I then phoned up and told them I have been waiting for ages, nothing but attitude from this place
Food was was good with good flavour and plenty of it the mixed kebab was on top .great service and reasonably pricedFood: 4/5
We have used this restaurant for many many years. Sadly it has gone down hill. We had a delivery on 2/10/22 and all the food was cold. I called the restaurant to inform them and I was passed to the most unhelpful, unfriendly manager that I have ever spoken to. He informed me that the food was not cold. Basicall, he called me a liar. He refused to collect the food and issue a refund. I tried to explain that the food is normally hot but he wouldn't listen to me. I'm shocked at his arrogant attitude. He should be sacked. I will never use this restaurant again nor will my friends and family. Such a dreadful shame.
Food used to be really very good, recently I ordered my favorite mushroom and chicken calezone and there were no mushrooms and it was like that three times, we ordered chicken pizza and no chicken. After the phone call, I was assured that the next day I would get a chicken pizza and it didn't happen. I highly do not recommend this company

Absolutely disgusting unfortunately i can't give 0 stars, asked for kebab chips and cheese and got served chips cheese and rock hard kebab clearly from the night before, they didn't even have fresh kebab meat. Won't be back again i just binned the kebab meat and had the chips and cheese. Charged £8.70 as well, avoid this place at all costs.
I ordered the Istanbul special kebab for £13.50, ticket number 62 on Friday night at 11:31 and received a special Donner kebab priced at £9. Very disappointed that they couldn't get my order correct and will try somewhere else next time.Food: 3/5
The people are always so lovely and friendly and great portions .value for money and never had to complain .I would recommend to a friend definitely.Food: 5/5
