Complete lack of communication never returns phone calls when asked multiple times in a day to do so, emails never get replied to get told I will have correspondence through the post and again nothing has come out in over a week, then get told it’s because of a back log of her work, extremely poor with how much solicitors get paid! Will not be recommending and if zero stars were possible that’s what I would be giving

Extremely disappointing service, very poor communication and lark of response to issues that were through no fault of my own. Wouldn't recommend to anyone in the future.

Used for a house purchase,  countless clerical errors, typos, wrong property referred to in legal documents and then to top it all off sent our title deeds to our old address which we only retrieved due to a nosey new tenant opening our post. Colloquial tone used in emails, expect much more from a professional environment. Very disappointed and felt stuck as the process dragged on.
