The building is Grade II listed and its features include amazing high ceilings, arched sash windows and the beautiful and original vaulted ceilings

There are tranquil views of the bustling Medina river from the living room window and many an hour can be enjoyed just watching the yachts come and go throughout the day.

Whilst relaxing in the cottage, the clink clink clink of the famous chain ferry can just be heard ferrying people to and fro across the Medina river. A few short steps from the cottage and you can board the chain ferry to enjoy some time out in Cowes. With its restaurants, pubs, bars, many sailing clubs and marinas it really is the sailing capital of the UK.

This accommodation would be perfect for all sailors who are looking for a base whilst sailing out of Cowes or East Cowes and into the Solent.

As well as the excellent connection to Cowes. The cottage is also only a few moments from the berth of the Southampton ferry so a car is not essential. There are regular and reliable bus services to Ryde and Newport from where you can reach anywhere else on the Island.

The cottage is on the doorstep of the main marinas in both West Cowes and East Cowes making it a perfect base for yachtsmen and women.
