Absolutely awful customer service from a man in Revenue Services - so rude and blunt. They need to be put through a good customer service course and learn manners! Great one IOW Council!!

Terrible customer service! Call centre agent spoke over the top of me and said at least 4 times 'it's just standard procedure' ! Learn some manners! Good service 101: listen to customer, show empathy and understanding, then proceed with your standard nonsense!

Website doesn't work on Safari or Firefox on up to date operating systems. Whoever's in charge of IT clearly doesn't regularly test cross platform to check operability. Woeful.

The kind of Council that makes you forget they're meant to be a public service. As others have said, they don't answer the phone. When you email a complaint they take ages to reply, couldn't be more unhelpful.

They need to employ parking wardens who a) arent colour blind and b) can read a number plate!
