Island lodge is a well maintained site. The showers are modern and clean. The site is dog friendly as well. Pixie the owner is very welcoming and helpful if you have any problems. Thoroughly recommend

This is the best kept site we have ever been on which is why we have a seasonal there. Pixie is lovely and so helpful. Set amongst gorgeous countryside and close to stunning beaches. To us it's a second home.

Thumbs up to Island Lodge with its great facilities, location and easy access to Kingsbrige and the surrounding area. We love the walk into Kingsbrige, and the bus back, which stops at the bottom of the road. Kath Parker always gives us a warm welcome and we feel as if we are going home, every time we visit. We have a serviced pitch, fantastic. Cant wait to get back down there - 10 out of 10

we love this camp site been coming here 3 years just outside kingsbridge ideal if you have dogs you need a car to get to one of the many dog friendly beaches which are only about 6 to 10 miles depends where you go. you can walk to kingsbridge in about 40 mins some great bars and eating places mostly dog friendy.on site nice showers and toilets . we like thirstain slapton and besands beaches are always quiet apart from dogs and there owners . only down side no places on site to walk dogs properly if the fields were opened by it it would be a big 10 out of 10 . we give it 9 out of 10.
