The Friday prayer timings and arrangements on your website urgently need to be reviewed and updated. On three separate occasions, I have attended the first Jumu’ah prayer during school holiday periods, only to be informed by security that the first congregation was for brothers only, despite the website indicating otherwise.nnOn one occasion, this was during a heatwave, and I had to wait around 45 minutes for the next congregation. SubhanAllah, this was an avoidable inconvenience that could have been prevented had the information online been accurate.nnPlease ensure that the website clearly reflects the actual arrangements for each congregation, including any restrictions on sisters’ attendance, particularly during school holidays. Accurate information is essential so that worshippers can plan accordingly and avoid unnecessary inconvenience.nnCounselling ServicesnAlthough the counselling services advertised appear promising, my experience has left me questioning the quality and purpose of the service being offered.nnI understand that listening and providing a supportive space are important aspects of counselling. However, I was disappointed by the apparent lack of substantive Islamic guidance, including advice on how to approach the issues raised from an Islamic perspective and an understanding of the relevant rights and responsibilities involved.nnFrom my experience, the session felt no different from simply discussing personal difficulties with a friend, rather than seeking informed, islamic related support through a service specifically advertised in this capacity.nnIf these services are being promoted as a source of Islamic counselling or guidance, I would strongly encourage you to ensure that those delivering them have appropriate training and clearly defined competencies. This should include relevant Islamic knowledge and, where applicable, an understanding of the legal framework and support pathways within the UK. Where issues fall outside their expertise, individuals should be able to signpost service users to appropriately qualified professionals or scholars.nnIt is important that the service's advertising accurately reflects what it can offer, and that those seeking help are not left without meaningful guidance after reaching out. Otherwise, there is a risk that the service creates expectations it cannot adequately meet.nnI hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to improvements in both areas. Accurate information and properly equipped support services are important responsibilities, particularly for an organisation that people turn to for Islamic guidance and assistance.
This is a mosque under construction. The current building has some spots fasciitis. The main prayer hall is upstairs. Today 25.06.25 I have prayed my Magrib salat in this mosque.
Love this mosque and community and the Imam is so good. The mosque is very clean, spacious and in a very convenient location. As of 02/10/26 the mosque is offering 3 jammahs for Jummuah. 1:30, 2:15, 3:15. The khutbas may sometimes go a little later than these timings but for the last jammah that’s helpful for people who need a really late Jummuah. Today the 3rd jammah salah started at 3:20 and you could have caught the last Rakahs by 3:25. This is really nice for convenience since I came all the way from central london at 2:05 and made it at 3, the khutba start time for the 3rd jammah. In the peak of summer the Jummuah times are 1:30, 2:30, 3:30. Best mosque in London
The most blessed place. Even in construction the space is vast and they offer 3 Jinnah prayer times. Really felt at home even though it's not my normal local community as a Turkish Muslim.nnMaşallah
The queue for Friday prayers has become overwhelming, and the lack of parking is a serious issue. It’s leading people to leave their cars anywhere on the road, which not only breaks the law but also creates a negative image of the community. This can unfortunately cause non-Muslims to view the religion in a bad light. I believe we need to take action on this as soon as possible.
