IBGC train at The Flipside Irvine a dedicated gymnastics facility. We are a Gymarked club and offer quality gymnastic related classes from beginners up to competive in a range of discplines.
We currently run classes in, Pre-School, Womens Artistic, Mens Artistic, General, Adult Classes, Parent and Child Shape Up, Sports Acro, Team Gym, Gymnastics & Movement for People with Disabilities (GMPD), Display, Trampolining, Rythmic and Freestyle.
We have a passion for the sport of gymnastics and firmly believe it is a great foundation for any sport, offering strength, flexibility, co-ordination, discpline and fun.
