Awesome gym, with a very knowledgeable and friendly owner. Warm welcome at reception. Everyone is super friendly. Loads of equipment for body building or cardio fitness. Proper old school gym. Highly regarded as the best gym in the area if you're serious about getting in shape.

To be honest 5 stars isn't enough...best gym I've ever trained at! Martin is knowledgeable, friendly and an all round great guy who always puts the members first. The gym is excellent and the other members are awesome and will help in any way they can. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
