My van was in for insurance work to replace the sliding door and repair damage to the rear wheel arch, plus additional work to respray the rear bumper and replace the drivers door hinge. The additional work I considered to be charged at a very reasonable price. Although completion was delayed I am still giving IRG 5 stars for their excellent work and customer service. Ali turned the situation around by explaining to me exactly why there was a delay and kept me very well informed throughout. The repair and paint work are superb. Everything was in order upon collection. The van had been thoroughly cleaned and polished. The colour match to the custom colour on my van is perfect. A bonus is that IRG guarantee their work for the life of the vehicle. All in all I am completely satisfied and would have no hesitation in recommending IRG.Service: Body & Trim
Having been a previous customer of IRG's body repair services several times in the past, I had no hesitation in using them to repair a minor scuff on my rear bumper that was unfortunately acquired recently. They did not let me down, and I received a very fast, professional and friendly service once again. The repair was completed within just a couple of hours of dropping the vehicle off and the finish was of high quality. I highly recommend using IRG for a service that will deliver the goods and give you peace of mind that your vehicle is in great hands.
My car went to IRG last year through my insurance due to a non fault accident. When I first had my car back it came out with more problems than it went in with! There was overspray absolutely everywhere where it shouldn’t have been and being white paint on black rubber and trim it stood out massively! Where they had respected the bumper the paint had orange peel texture. They didn’t realign my bonnet so spacing was not equal. I refused the car and sent it back in to then be without my car for a further 2 weeks! Customer service was atrocious, I was having to chase them after they promised call backs with updates! I have even had to spend a few hundred pound to replace my radiator that had been shunted and was leaking due to the accident as they missed this! Will steer very clear from IRG in the future!
Took car in for assessment in February I was told earliest for the work was June I had no contact. Rang in mid June, I was told they forgot. I was given a date in August that was cancelled to be given another date in august. The courtesy car arrived manual not automatic like discussed. They had the car for 2 weeks to be returned with the fog light still not secure black trim above bumper still scuffed and the paint on the bumper pitted. I'm not happy with anything they done. Will certainly not let them any where near my car again.a week has gone and still no response from IRG. I have made contact with Esure, who recommended them as the dedicated repair shop. That doesn't seem to have worked. I will never have insurance from Esure again. Incompetence all round !
I had to wait 4 months after my insurance claim for an available slot to fix my vehicle however, when the time came around, the workmanship was excellent and the regular communication and updates were over and above what I expected. I had water coming in the boot of my car and the passenger side back foot well. Ali Al-Shaye sorted problem out for me. I was kept updated throughout. Fantastic service and fantastic communication. Definitely use again if needed
Ali was very kind to help me with a battery swap. He talked me through the process and answered all my questions very patiently. Gemma at the reception was wonderful as well. Highly recommended! 10/10.
Excellent customer service by Ali, what a breath of fresh air especially when you have absolutely no idea what the repair process is. Great communication and updates. absolutely 100% recommend to friends and family. Well done Ali and the IRG team.
Kept my car for almost 8 months. Told me the part was in transit and delayed in Germany, then Citreon needed more information about the part before sending it, spot the deliberate mistake. Just excuse after excuse. Eventually I contacted Citroen myself and got the part delivered within 4 days. Avoid at all costs.Terrible service.
Following on from my parents experience, I would like to say a massive thank you to I believe the lady's name was Gemma who helped my dad from beginning to end and ensured that the highest quality of service was provided. Thank you, will most definitely be returning for any further services.
