Ordered a device for next day delivery. Delivery was to be made by DHL. The first promised day around 15:00 the tracking website updated with an apology that the device could not be delivered due to reasons. Unable to contact anyone at DHL to discuss as customer service number has 3 options with each being an automated response based on your tracking details. The second promised day, I was tracking minute by minute using DHL's tracking software. When I was next, I went to the door and watched and waited for 20 minutes. I saw a delivery van go past my property and then nothing for 10 more minutes. So I updated the tracking website to be met with an apology message again stating driver unable to gain access to delivery address! To be clear, I was watching the delivery driver go past and there was ample parking and the tracker went from on the way to apologies. I am now in the process of what options are available to me to take this further and I will adamantly refuse to purchase products in future if attached to DHL in any way.

Really fed up still not arrived could of been left with the tyre garage next door but wasn't..... does say leave with a neighbour clearly ignored. Should of gone to paypoint still not... absolutely horrendous and certainly wouldn't use ever

I have been waiting for 3 days and each day the promised delivery doesn’t arrive apparently it needs a special van as it’s slightly over 30kg you can’t call and speak to anyone just waisting my time waiting…. Terrible customer experience.

Still no sign of my order. Two days of scheduled deliveries and two no shows for something which was ‘next day’.

No indication that my iPad was out for delivery, then got taken back to depot. No option to re direct, leave in a safe place or collect. Getting sent back to apple. Such a joke.

This is a Courier Company that does not deliver on the day they promise time and time again. My guess is they are mismanaged with a system in place that allows a delivery date and time to be given to a Customer before the package has even arrived at the Delivery Depot. This results in deliverys not arriving on the date promised and then alternative dates given which often results in further failed deliverys. Very frustrating for all concerned and if you read some of the other one star reviews online you will see what I mean.

No phone number only automated service. Should have been delivered Monday has been on the van every day for delivery now Thursday and tracking says there is an issue but doesn't say what. Total waste of time. Been here every day waiting so no excuses.

No emails to show tracking or advise of delivery date. Went to 'manage my delivery' online and they say the number on the card is not recognised. Tried to email them but their email form needs the card number and they say it does not exist. SO the email would not 'send'. No local phone number. Main phone number is just recorded rubbish and I had to input the card number which again they say does not exist. So how do I arrange a redelivery when no human is available to talk to? How does this company survive?
