Very bad people, rude especially their inspectors very racist cutting ur payment in this Christmas and difficult time with the children. They don't care . I applied for the community welfare officer 2 weeks now they never help
I would love to give 0 stars but that's impossible. Waiting time in the queue is extremely long, they lost 2 times my forms ! There is ko way they gonna pick up the phone when you try to call them even that you stay 1H on the line, horrible...
Never answer phones, lines ridiculous when you go in. No social distancing or masks in said lines. Very few people working.
Very disappointed with the service. Found the staff to be aggressive, rude, bigotry runs deep in this centre. If you have a certain Irish surname you will be made jump through unnecessary hurdles. You get put on the minimum payments. You don't get what your legally entitled to. Due to institutional racism. They look at you , like you are dirt, speak to you like your nothing, will not help you. Very unprofessional,
They are amazingly supportive. I was in need for PPS number but because of lockdown, all applications have to be sent to Shinnon Office only by e-mails. I waited for a month but no reply at all. So I contacted Dundalk office by e-mail l. They answered me within hours and told me that they will pass on my issue to the manager. Within a few days, I got a phone call to make an appointment for taking a picture at the Dundalk Office. I got my PPS Number next week. I really appreciate your support in this matter. Thank you. PS. They don’t really answer phone calls because there are a few people working at the office and seem really busy so you might want to try sending e-mails instead.
The first 2 time I called phone was answered and the hung up. Phoned 15 times eventually was answered, I ask Debbie why they didnt answer phone,and was told they where too busy. I could tell on her voice she didnt give a care, and was told if I wasnt happy to contect managment. There shouldnt be a phone number for this department at all. Most of the people working there must hate the jobs. Had to give 1 star to post this complaint.
There was no at least one month notice that they are switching to online appointments instead of in person. When trying to call to ask for appointment nobody was picking up my calls through almost whole Thursday and Friday - I made over 20 calls, only one was picked up and I got to know that I need to make it online as mentioned, no earlier notice on website. Then the earliest availible date for appointment was more than one month of waiting. And whole application process at office is taking only 15min. It's radiculous. WORST SERVICE EVER!
I am trying to contact them by phone but no one take the call, today i call for 12 times when I gave up. This is not the first review complain, it seems no body cares!!!!!!!
Answering the phone would be a big help, it's not very difficult and people need that service.. if too busy to answer the phone, perhaps employ someone to do it? Common sense really....
Never answer the phone, had to wait till the office receptionist finished his personal mobile phone call before I could talk to him.
