they treated my oldest kid for pneumonia but it was croupe. they treated my pregnant wife for stomach flu and it was an appendix that burst an hour after she got back home. they charge us for casts that we didnt took, they treated my youngest kid for dehydration when it was COVID... the staff is rude and passive aggressive, the doctors are terrible and at the end is where you have to go if it is an emergency. its a shame.
I have been at the hospital many times and always recieve great care. I went in on the 23 of February with heart attack signs which ended up been broken heart syndrome after I heard my 26 year old grand daughter passed away. They admitted in to hospital I was in for six days and all the nurse were so good they treated me so well I didn't want to go home.
Excellent and fastest service I got in my life here in Canada. Amazing team with great professionalism . Especially the RN guy in triage was really informative and quick without any lags. Great job guys. Keep it up
The nurses took amazing care of me, and Dr. Tong was so kind and explained things to me clearly. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you Uxbridge for helping me through a rough time!
Came here many years ago having mini-strokes 3. They told me it is not possible for someone your age 17 at the time to have a stroke and to go home. Did more testing for drugs than any actual investigative work. This repeated 3 times over 4-6 weeks, and 3 times they and my doc told me that. It was suggested that it may be a seizure of some kind but had no evidence of such nor did I have a history of that. Turns out I was indeed having mini-strokes, they were warning signs to the impending stroke that I would have just a few weeks after the last visit there. I have many horrible stories of this place. This is not the only one! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I have no idea why this Hospital emergency room is being trashed so badly. I have been here many times and had the greatest experience possible. The staff is very caring and attentive. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible. Thank you all for the great care you provided me.
Horrible. My sister went last night complaining of chest pains, tingling in the hands, and she was nauseous and dizzy. They did no X-rays they did nothing except send her home and told her to take Tylenol and Advil. Like … wow thanks
TERRIBLE! It’s a shame that I can’t do a 0 stars. They sent me home with stomach flu and hours later my appendix burst and I almost died. Ps: I was 6 months pregnant.
This place is horrible. If you have an actual emergency go to anywhere else. They will ignore you like you don’t exist while all the doctors sit in the back room while patients are waiting. And there go to excuse is always “we only have one doctor” extremely rude to elderly patients and clearly don’t care about anyone but themselves
it's a hospital just by name, but very careless staff, they can't triage only three patients . if this is called an emergency? i will not recommend it to anyone especially the ones with babies . Very rude staff They dont have respect for patients and the worse thing is when you ask them they say we have only one doc
