Do not use interflora website they are dishonest company you paid for the flower you want but you don’t get what you want at the end and customer service can’t do nothing, no help at all my £50 including delivery down the drain. Scam!!!!!
Ordered 2 days ago for Christmas eve delivery, email confirmation and reference number recieved via email which I still have. It is now Christmas eve at 6pm which is the delivery expiry time, NO FLOWERS DELIVERED and my reference number cannot be found to be complain. Nice one interflora, WON'T USE YOU AGAIN.!!!!!! no email to say cannot deliver when placing order and now far too late for me to make other arrangements. Good job it's not a funeral. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sure a contract has been breached and will seek legal advice.
Ordered an extra large display but what arrived looked nothing like the photo. Flowers only lasted 7 days before having to be thrown out. Contacted Interflora who ignored my complaint about the small size of the display and just kept quoting that they only guarantee their flowers for 5 days. Not interested at all! I have used Interflora for 20 years, but having my concerns ignored means that I won’t be using them in the future. Buy direct from the florist. Get more flowers for your money and better service.
Avoid, they do not take or have any responsibility to the delivery as such and they have no idea as to when or whether the order a specific order will be delivered. In addition, their customer support is more than useless!
Used once. Very happy with the purchase and the assistance with the ideas.
Absolutely fantastic flowers and staff are wonderful.
I havent seen this place open in at least a year or two.
