Incredibly disappointed with Intercity. Installed Harmony Checkpoint onto my Laptop which I now need removing. After 3 weeks of emails, various teams calls, I am now being sent technical instructions to try and attempt this myself. Can not comprehend how such a simple task has been rendered so difficult.

Really awful customer service. They were bad throughout the term of our contract with them; now the contract is finished they continue to be unable to the simplest things at the moment: confirm whether they have requested a phone be unlocked.
Really dreadful service. My account manager does not respond to emails and their customer support email address does not accept emails from anybody outside their company!!! They charged me 50 times the pro-rated amount for exceeding data usage. Avoid like the plague!
Customer Service has been amazing, dedicated and friendly team who understand my needs and keep me updated with the latest technologies.
Some internet providers mention on maps etc that there is Samsung repairs centre here. There is NO Samsung repairs centre as they moved to Manchester 3 years ago.
Atrocious service. We have waited months for responses to deal properly with complaints. No response to emails or telephone calls. Truly appalling.
