I have dealt with numerous tradesmen in my 50 years of house ownership. Chris Oates, in my opinion, ranks No 1. He has excellent communication and interpersonal skills who does what he says. He is most punctual in all appointments. Chris is a tidy efficient worker and highly organised. If you want a reliable tradesman whose prices are very competitive, look no further.
At the completion of the job, where he installed a four camera CCTV system I felt I had known him for many years.
A very likeable, good mannered and polite individual.

Chris has looked after my business and home alarm and cctv for a few years now and has been a responsive and knowledgeable contractor. His pricing was excellent too. Highly recommended

We contacted ISS as we were having problems with our existing alarm.
Chris came out promptly, listened to what we required from an alarm, made suggestions and personalised a system to suit our needs. 
Chris was able to demonstrate how the alarm would work and he quoted us a very fair price for the system. 
Installation went smoothly, Chris worked cleanly and efficiently. The system was fitted as planned and Chris personalised it and demonstrated its features before leaving.
We are very happy with the service provided by ISS and would happily recommend them.
Top tip: The 'key fobs' are superb to use and well worth having.

Highly recommend using Interceptor Security for all your security needs, Chris Oates the owner is a brilliant engineer and knows his stuff. You will not fault his service. I have just had a full Intruder, CCTV and Door Access System Fitted, I will be passing your number on to all my contacts thanks again Chris, Give him a call you will not regret it.
Also the IPhone app for my cameras works a treat....
