Probably should have read some of these recent poor reviews before ordering. I have used instantprint in the past and they have been decent, but after making an order for business cards I doubt I'll use them again. Cards arrived badly cut with alignment marks still visible. Random black splotches across the cards. Where's the quality control? How can someone have packed and sent them and not said anything? At least a refund was issued quickly. Don't waste your time.
Used their service multiple times and I’m very happy with the result, the quality and the delivery. Used their service for menu printing and business card printing.
Very disappointing experience that has caused damage to my business. While I do not blame the printing company directly, their courier DPD has been unable to deliver my package a week after placing the "express" order, which should have been delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the printing company does not seem to understand or to appreciate the impact this is having on new companies / start-ups, and their inability to use different couriers or guarantee arrival of their packages within reasonable times makes it impossible for me to use this service going forward or to recommend it in any way.
Excellent service and quality product I am really impressed at the speed they have delivered the product from design to print everything was spot on. Highly recommended and i will be using for All our print needs.
I've used Instantprint since 2016, I've always been a fan and though I've had the odd dodgy print it's overall been good! Unfortunately I ordered two A1 cardboard signs, the first order they arrived dented not DPD's fault the box was fine, I've just opened the replacement they sent and it's stained?! It's now too late for ANOTHER replacement as my wedding is coming up in three days time, I'm just so disappointed in them. The errors are so obvious as well, is there just no quality control?
I lost my customer because of your sloppy, "that'll do" attitude. You need to be there when we need your services, as I am for my customers, with high quality materials, good equipment and trained personnel. I did payed the exact amount of money you requested it hasn't been negotiable, but the product ain't anywhere near the quality of your sample pack ... may I ask why? I am not worried if you can or not to do the job right, you proved yourself before my worry is the inconsistency of the work is like the lottery, you place the order and prey to land on someone who knows what he's or she's doing. Regarding the specifics of the order... 1. Round Corners should be... round, 2. Quality of the 450g card is low, 3. finishing touches like ... the cut
Super impressed with my first Instantprint order! I needed roller banners and flyers for a relatively last minute in-person exhibition. The website was clear and easy-to-use. The quoted lead times worked for me and items were delivered on time and in perfect condition. The roller banners looked incredible and were easy to assemble. The flyers looked great and were high quality even though I only ordered the basic silk paper with no finish. On top of that, I was really impressed with how affordable everything was. Instantprint gave me a call a few hours after delivery to check everything was okay - great customer service in my opinion! I've got a few more things on order, but I'm confident they'll be equally brilliant!
Do not use ...... will send you an email after placing your order asking for more money and stating VAT wasn't added. Never known anything like it and a companies website normally adds VAT due automatically. Refund now obtained and reading the reviews below seems I may have dodged a bullet

Really good service! Ordered on the Thursday and delivered on Friday. Customer service team were friendly and helpful. Banner looks great and seems like good quality. Would definitely use Instantprint again.
