Waited nearly two years to be paid for a job by Jose and Clair Palma. Very unpleasant to deal with and basically feel like they are a couple of rip of merchants. They appear to have changed their business name a couple of times as well.
Still not been paid for our work as of 19/11/13. Yes they did take us to court and forgot to mention that they had tilers in the room pouring water over the tiles they were cutting. Got taken for a ride and had to pay for damage to a carpet they did. Never had this before and we were not allowed to appeal.  But STILL they have not had the decency of paying for the original job we did. Insisted we pay the extortionate fees and then they would pay for the job. We did this like idiots but we have still not been paid despite Clair Palmas assurance. I call that lying. Crooked behaviour in my opinion. If they ever pay I will update this. Unlikely though isn't it? Still not done it after years.

Please note that the review below was from a company we used on a project who caused damage to our clients home and whom we then took to court for the damage caused and we won - the judge as do we have a very poor image of this company and the way in which it works and treats people, so pleas ignore their untrue feedback, I would also point out we have never changed our name.
