Always enjoy my visits to the Salon because the staff are kind and friendly. Vicky did a great colour and Greg kept me going with yummy coffees in between doing another client's hair. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I am pleased with the service hairdresser on behalf of Gregor , very nice and sympathetic Barber my hair are such that I wanted (where really was difficult color balayage) but the final result beautiful

I visited this salon on Saturday 24th Feb and had the worst experience of my life! The salon called me in the morning to change my appointment by an hour and failed to tell me over the phone that the stylist that I had been recommended was off sick, so when turning up to the salon I had no choice but to go with the stylist they had given me. I showed this stylist a picture of balayage, brown with a few gold highlights running through...after 4 hours I left the salon with orange/pink hair, an all over colour rather than the subtle lights that I asked for...furious is an understatement! Not only had I wasted 4 hours in a hair salon but I walked out with the complete opposite that I asked for. The manager was present throughout the whole experience but not once did she come over to try to fix or calm the situation. My hair is completely ruined, the stylist used so many different products on my hair to try and fix it that its all broken off. Absolutely disgusting service and I would advise anyone to steer completely clear of Inspiration hair...unless you want to walk out looking like a clown.

Craig has been faultless and I love the way my hair feels after he has cut it and shaped it to my face. Im gutted that he is taking a year out.... Look forward to seeing you in 13 months 😉
