INSPIRAL CYCLES - an unprepossessing little shop crammed full of a great range of bikes and every accessory the serious or casual biker could wish for. But what makes this cycle centre even more special is the personal care and attention given by the team to every customer, whether it be for a tiny accessory costing pence, to a very expensive top of the range bicycle. Gary is the main man and, from what I've observed, his professional skills and cycling knowledge make him in great demand. Nothing is too much trouble and advice is freely given. This is what great customer service is all about. Thank you Gary, Fiona, Francis and team!

Excellent service. Went to shop with problem with wheel axle , was advised it was the wheel hub and advised to buy a new wheel or problem would keep on recurring. Bought a wheel and they transferred all my parts into new wheel and a new inner tube. The price for new wheel and extra work was excellent. Very pleased with service, very friendly helpful staff will definitely use if have any bike problems and would advise this business to everyone for bike service and purchases. Wow what an unexpected gem of a shop. It is relatively compact but has a great range of quality products and is sensibly priced. Staff are friendly and very well informed. Called in on the off chance of getting some decent pedals came out very impressed (and with Nukeproof pedals), it is a shop I would make a specific trip to visit.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable, listened to my requirements, and recommended what was best for me. Prices are also reasonable. It is great to see a local bike shop again, ran by people who just care about getting it right. You would be daft to go anywhere else!!
