Absolutely disgusting food in Gullivers retail park today. One person doing everything.  We ordered hot chocolate and cheese and ham toasties. Our hot chocolates were made as the sandwiches sat on counter. I asked the guy was he going to toast it , eventually they were toasted as we stood at counter drinking lukewarm hot chocolate.. we took sandwiches and went to a table by the window. Filthy...layers of dirt and dust on fire extinguisher.  Opened sandwiches which had been toasted in paper. Again disgusting.  The cheese was stuck to the paper, sandwiches not even cut to eat. We brought back to counter and told the guy who then told us that was normal and it was egg that was stuck to the paper. We were offered a refund  declined and left the shop. We will never eat there. If Food safety authority were to visit it would never pass an inspection

Always reasonably priced. Great coffee, great soups, great food bar. Safe/clean and friendly. Plenty of outdoor seating.

Very slow staff and ignorant all ways waiting 15 minutes or more for coffee. Had to ask for refund s took so long.

All the staff were excellent and friendly and the shop was very clean.

Good beverage and has a sitting area outside. Best for a smoke with a coffee
