The best shower cabin I have ever had.I built it by myself without any problems. I love when I am taking shower and I feel warm in bottom of my legs, no other cabin are like this one. I do my  recommendation for everyone. No problems with this cabin except door wheels that I had to exchange after 3 years but now I've got better wheels ,so hope will stay longer.

I would like to say insignia showers have been fantastic from day 1 with advise and support with my new Steam shower  The quality on this product is to the highest level, my plumber did have some issues installing the shower, but Nero the services support person really looked after the situ and made sure we had everything we need to put it together.  I have been really enjoying the shower which is very good value and the kids love it to  I would highly recommend Insigna showers and have done to so to family and friends.  The photos don’t really to Justin for the shower but trust me it looks great

This is the one of the best decisions I took during our recent house renovations. Having a nice shower is a good thing but having a whirlpool is a big flex! I now look forward to go and sit down, put music on and have a very long steam shower . Not very cheap but Absolutely worth it again and again.

Please, please don’t waste your money buying one of these showers. The fittings are made from such inferior materials that after a short time, they simply fall apart. Everything you see that looks like it is made from metal really isn’t. It’s like a chrome plated plastic compound that disintegrates over time.  Customer Services aren’t interested in helping either. The shower cabins are impossible to clean. Mould and grime builds up in all the little gaps and on the ‘chrome’ fittings and you can’t use anything to clean them. My 3 year old cabin looks like it’s 20 years old. Nearly £1,000 worth of shower cabin about to go in the bin. So utterly disappointed. The biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent.

Very pleased with our new shower enclosure, it is the second one we have purchased from Insignia. The quality and development of the product has definitely improved over the years. Very happy and would recommend them without hesitation.

We purchased insignia shower since the past 12 months and it gets used regularly by the whole family and we must say it is absolutely lovely.  It has plenty of functions to use and looks really nice.

Not even worth the minimum 1 star. Avoid this company!! Product is advertised as "leak free" IT IS NOT TRUE!! Spent a lot of money,in good faith to find many leaks, missing and faulty parts: Customer service is disgusting. Accuses customers of" throwing water around and not knowing how to use shower' Very rude and abrupt correspondence. Solution offered= "put sealant around" The exact thing their marketing says you wouldn't need due to their unique design! Ignores requests to return for a refund.

having bought several of these showers for customers direct from them i now find that they won't back up the products under warranty as i am told it wasn't registered although i bought it direct and was told by a past staff member it was. this is now going to cost me nearly £200 to sort so my customer is satisfied . i used to highly recommend these units and even have them at home ... no longer will i do this and will now even recommend to avoid . its a shame as overall good showers but the back up is terrible . ps had several faults with them when new damaged glass, faulty steam units and a body drier that blew up within a few days , but i was told this was sorted under standard 1 year guarantee and not the extended warranty ...

We bought a Premium unit from Insignia, they were very helpful during my purchase. Their instructions were very good and the fitting was quite smooth. Would definitely recommend

I purchased my Insignia No Steam Shower Quadrant Enclosure 3 years ago. It has the mirrored backs/sides, waterfall/Monsoon shower head and built-in radio. I live in a very hard water area. Putting it together was not really a problem. I like the design feature where the two backs/ sides and the frame for the doors sit on built-in pads in the shower tray, which means you don't end up with a dirty mould line all around the shower tray and the joints because the water doesn't collect and get trapped here. The mirrored glass and the glass doors are holding up well and at times the mirrors still look as good as new  I have learnt to wipe them down after every shower because of the limescale problem . The radio has a lovely clear reception. I have had to replace some of the door rollers as they had seized and I had to replace the monsoon shower head as the boss that the water feed connects to suddenly broke. All in all I am very pleased with it and would certainly get another one when this present one needs replacing, and that is the beauty of these enclosures - to replace a shower you just disconnect  one and connect in a new one, no messing around with re-tiling and sealing in a new tray!  and a lot cheaper
