CCC helped me plan and carry out an extensive renovation of my Mortehoe apartment including new bathroom, kitchen, windows, floor & wall renovations, insulation work and full re-decoration. I used David, Andrew and their team to help with design input, materials selection , selecting suppliers and contractors and full project management of the process from start to finish . They have a good local and national network of suppliers and tradesmen they can recommend and work regularly with. They are excellent at listening to and understanding customer needs and help finding the right solutions if its a bit unusual. They provided excellent advice, were patient and willing to take on all the challenges we threw at them. We worked on the plan together but were overseas while the work was done , we received regular updates and felt confident in leaving the project execution in their hands Not the cheapest option but reliable, professional, experienced and ultimately good value as we got an excellent result and on time . I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.Services: Refurbishment
Thank you to Andrew and David for providing me with helpful and creative advice on a whole range of interior design projects over a number of years. The shop's range of fabrics is extensive and inspiring with an excellent sampling service. Hannah's expertise in producing soft furnishings is second to none. Cool Calm Collected provides a personal, expert service that makes decision-making over furnishings achievable and an enjoyable process!
The shop has a great range of fabrics which David helped me navigate for a recent living rom update. He had a real understanding of the brief and applied creativity with a practical knowledge of how the fabrics would work with furnishings and co ordinate with paint colours. He has great taste. Cool Calm Collected is a real find in this part of the country.
I was truly amazed with the extensive range of fabrics and excellent sample service available. David has an innate understanding of fabric, colour and texture. He has a vast knowledge of the performance of the fabrics and the coordination of paint colours. It has been a pleasure dealing with Cool Calm Collected, they totally got my brief !
I met David & Andrew last year and we went about an interior design programme of two new bedrooms at my hotel, The George in South Molton. I was so pleased with the end result as were the guests that we have over the last four weeks worked on a further six bedrooms which have been completed this week. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and couldn't be prouder of our new bedroom product. David & Andrew oversaw the entire refurbishment programme meticulously, managed the excellent trades and are still here today ensuring that every detail is just as it should be. As interior designers I cannot rate their work highly enough... they are really very good at what they do. A real treasure trove of high class products. Lovely homewares. Everything to enhance the home. Really helpful and professional. Classy card selection too.
Over priced goods and found the man in the shop to be rude, unfriendly and extremely stuck up.
