Was staying in Dundee for my birthday and decided to eat here after having been to their restaurant in Edinburgh previously. We were not disappointed. Great selection of food and drink on the menu. Dined on a Tuesday night and there were plenty of others in the restaurant but not too busy. Food was fresh and hot. Plenty of beer choices and if you're not a beer drinker, there are plenty of other options including wine and cocktails. Nice atmosphere with the restaurant looking quite industrial with exposed brick walls. We only dined as a couple but there is plenty of space for larger groups as there were three tables of 6 in the restaurant while we were there but service was still quick. Would definitely recommend and need to go back to try some more of the beer range.

We've never been for food but the bar is a really lovely place to drink with a good selection. The soft drinks are limited however which is not ideal for the designated driver! Also the toilets are down some fairly steep stairs so anyone with accessibility issues, this is probably not the place for you. However it is a lovely spot for a pint :)

Excellent place, been in solo twice as I work 77 miles from home, I stay close to work during the week. Whatever day of the week the place is buzzing. The food is great, the beer selection amazing, love the Japanese beers. Staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly, I love the place. Highly recommended

Food was good but not excellent, lots of appetising choices (see picture). Had the barrel smoked beef, which was tender but probably should be served with veg rather than coleslaw and salad. Good range of beers, shame only a handful were from proper craft breweries. Offers tasting beer 'paddles' of the Innis&Gunn beers. The service was friendly and helpful (waitress with the blue hair).

Dundee's not renowned for great eateries (once ate at a Wetherspoons there and given the choice I think I'd rather suck on minced rat testes through an umbilical cord than repeat the experience) but these guys are the dogs! Was so surprised at how much I enjoyed it I felt compelled to write this review. Excellent service, food, atmosphere and delicious beer. Keep it up guys and I'll be back soon.
