The units themselves are modern, clean and secure and the staff I've dealt with have always been super friendly, prompt and helpful - they even remember who I am when I call to pay! It made the whole process of my move much easier.

I have used the storage containers at Hull Road and Dunnington for several years. First class service, efficient and responsive staff, new secure containers complete with a mat to wipe your feet and a brush and pan to keep things tidy. Highly recommended.

By far the best storage facility of its kind in York in terms of price.  Some quoted 2 or 3 times the amount quoted by Inner Space, some quoted a LOT more!   Not 24 hour access, but that was never a problem for me.  Great to be able to get directly outside the storage units for easy loading/unloading.  I would definitely use this facility again in the future if I needed short or long term storage as the options are pretty flexible.
