Can't recommend them enough. Always very helpful and nice. Very professional staff Always ready for help. Had no problem with my return too. I buy water for my fish tank every week never had problems with my fish tank. Highly recommended to everyone.
We recently bought some minnows from these guys. Fantastic service from Alex. Full of knowledge and answered all our questions without making us feel like we was asking silly questions. Couldn't help us enough!!! Will be going back for some more when we're ready.
Once again, a fantastic breakfast, all cooked fresh with a lovely pot of tea. Good value, guaranteed to fill you up. Yes, takes a bit longer but well worth the wait. Good freshly cooked local produce.
Good place to visit for your aquarium or pond needs. A well stocked shop with cold water and tropical fish for sale. The garden centre part was a little sparse but that is down to the winter period approaching. Nice cafe on site which is definitely worth trying. Overall , worth a visit.
Super, super friendly knowledgeable staff,, just needed some goldfish for a new pond,, and as usual being a man i went big, lovely lady advised me my pond would be overcrowded so I e ded up with just 5 healthy nice goldfish for now,, much better than the other 2 garden centres in the area that are just out for profit,,, so we'll done all the Ings garden and water centre,,,
food good and well presented just let them know if you don't what the side salads. not good cycle racks not many. toilets outside you have to ask for key. besides, that would go back
Nice and clean fish tanks and good selection of fish, but aftersale service very poor. We have bought two fish tanks from them and plenty of fish over the last year but on a recent purchase of fish one died just over 24hrs, we went into the shop explained the issue but was told these things can happen, and you must let us know ASAP within 24hrs as they are only guaranteed for this period. Also need proof and fish to be frozen if can not get next day. As we are full time at work this was only time we could go into the store 4 days after purchase, we have never been told about the 24hr gap and all other fish are fine so this fish was not OK when bought , the man we spoke to did nothing to try and assist or even consult a manager to replace the less than £5.00 fish. No good will gesture or anything, just anything else you require so had to buy another replacement fish, plus spent over £40.00 on other fish. We always go here for our aquarium supply's and they know we go in a lot I honestly thought they would of done more how wrong could I be... I would of given 5 star but customer service is always the top of any business to get good reviews and feel looked after.. reply to last response from owner did have receipt you did not ask and also we purchase todays fish after discussion with member of staff the conversation started as intended about the dead fish also wish to correct you on not everyone has a mobile phone my parents don't. I also did not ask for a free fish..... was seeing what response I got..

Very nice experience staff wer'e so helpful being a wheelchair user 24/7 made me feel very welcome, and shall be returning. Makes all the difference when staff are so nice.
Fantastic shop if you want koi safe and in beautiful condition then ings Lane is your place if they don't have something they will try and get it for you ,owner and staff always lovely and happy been going since young and in my 30's still going.
