year ago i’ve experienced wonderful customer service, today all i’ve got was unpleasant and unwilling to help ladies that weren’t even bother to ask if i need help once i entered. such a shame. i miss those workers  as well as service from year ago  from now on ill continue shopping in poland x

Very pure customer service,as I went to the Oxford st behind the till there was 2 ladies but when I step in straight way 2 people gets busy with phone and I was wondering to who should I ask or who will come to me for serve or assist.. that’s really unprofessional. This is really known place where is the store stand by and customer service that’s so pure !!! If they dnt like to customer service or pick and chose  their are not appropriate for that job..  Shame on this company !

I visited the shop last week. I have to say the staff was not  really willing to help me. It was a very unpleasant shopping experience.

Fantastic Assistance  I had the most wonderful experience at Inglot, all thanks to Tushali! As someone who is not very savvy with makeup, I was apprehensive about choosing the right shades and products for my skin type. However, her expertise and kindness made all the difference as she was extremely helpful on Saturday. She patiently guided me through the options as I was there for half and hour, helping me select the perfect shades and makeup that suited my skin type. Her knowledge and professionalism were truly impressive, and her kindness towards my lack of makeup knowledge was greatly appreciated. Thanks to her , I left the store feeling confident and excited to try out my new makeup. I got a lip liner and lipstick. I highly recommend seeking out Tushali's assistance for anyone in need of expert advice and exceptional service.

I went into the store today with a product query and Jane, the store manager was ever so helpful and very kind with her service. Every member of staff had a friendly smile and gave positive vibes. Professional customer service, I left the store feeling happy with the customer service. Thank you soo much Jane, really appreciated your service this evening. I will be visiting again :-

Products are great but expensive €109 for what i have here i get vouchers and save then I splash out I find it easier or I get my make up done n then it's redeemable

Pooja Pardhan was amazing, she is someone who so passionate about her work that the make up service was PERFECT, loved her suggestions and because of her I bought extra products .
