We have used Donald and the team for a few years now. Nothing is too much trouble and it's refreshing to speak to someone who can give you advice and help when it's needed that's personable and knows you and your business. 

I can honestly say we can carry on running our business day-to-day without worrying about our accounts as we know everything is taken care of properly. 

Regular contact to update us, whether it's as simple as our quarterly VAT liabilities and when they need to be paid by, to helping when any mistakes have been made (by us) in our accounts software. 

A yearly financial review is also always welcome to see how the business is performing and any advice for the following year helps us a great deal.

We have been using Inglis Chartered Accountants for several years. 

If I ever get stuck or would like to know anything about the way things work with my day to day accounts / payroll / VAT returns, both Donald and Tom will happily take the time to explain things we don't understand. 

Going forward they ensure we are confident in understanding what is best for our company. 

I have found the whole team to be friendly, and would happily recommend to others.

My husband and I run a small landscaping business and needed a friendly and supportive local accountancy team to help us navigate the process of becoming a limited company, running a payroll and pension scheme for our team and submitting our personal tax returns. I run an Educational Tuition Centre and since our very first days, Donald has been there to help from the initial 'baby steps' advising on anything from payroll to our more recent transition to an LLP. 
Donald and the team are always there at the end of the phone to help and assist even at the shortest notice.  
I would highly recommend Inglis Chartered Accountants to anyone in need of an accountant.
