Went to bar paid £3.50 for a warm bottle of beer. Took it back bar tender said that's just the temperature of the fridge and refused to give me another. Clearly it had just been put out or fridge was broken. Club shuts at 3 am. Went out for cigarette at 2.35. Bouncers wouldn't let us back in even though we'd bought a drink and the club was still open. Wasn't going to let me back in to collect my coat. Eventually he agreed but I had to just go get my coat and leave even though it wasn't 3 am yet. Club was still open, music was still playing and people were still drinking. They said once you walked out the door then you wouldn't get back in. Either it shuts at three or it doesn't. People go out for cigarettes. Loads of trouble outside also. Won't be back poor customer service.
