We've only ever ordered takeaway but it has always been very good quality. Our most recent order we got so much food it came in a giant box.
Very good food. I recommend this place if you like Indian food. The chicken wings are very nice, and juicy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also love the decorations and the atmosphere. One thing I would like to mention is the restaurant is really comfortable.Would definitely come back again.
Popped in for an early dinner around 6pm and had a really excellent meal. Flavours were very well balanced, everything was cooked perfectly and had a really nice amount of heat to it. The phone rang every few minutes with people placing takeaway orders which was re-assuring as a 1st time customer that the food was going to be decent. They are midway through redecorating and altering the layout so I will hold off commenting on the look & feel. The service was very warm and friendly and I felt very comfortable there. We were the only table in there at the time and at no point did it feel awkward. They have a buy 1 get 1 free offer Monday - Thursday see photo which combined with BYOB makes it incredible value. This place really took me by surprise and exceeded my expectations by far. I can't wait to go back.
We ordered £60 worth of food which was a complete waste of money every single dish that we ordered was absolutely awful there was a very distinct taste to all the dishes this is by far the worst Indian food I have ever had!! When I called up to talk to the manager he was rude and raised his voice at me when I asked for my money back he agreed to give back half but since to date have not received anything back. We had to throw all the food away I contacted the Food standard agency in regards to the standard of food that they are selling. Honestly the customer service and food just a disgrace do not order from here food inspectors will come and check chefs food and safety certificate level 3+
The food I have had was exquisite and also really good presentation. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The scenery was beautiful and the backround music is very nice. Also very convenient and also one of many really good halal spots in London. I definitely coming back with no doubts
I LOVED THE FOOD ! Everything was immaculate : the taste , service, hospitality LITERALLY EVERYTHING I would definitely recommend for a family lunch or when you are feeling for savoury food. Also if you are wanting to order from home , THEY ARE SO QUICK and the food comes all hot and tasty !
Food was OK but not the best, I have had much better. The korma looked and tasted like mushy baby food so was very disappointed with that. Everything was just...OK, quite non-descript. Great customer and delivery service so a shame the food wasn't as good. Will not be ordering again im afraid.
I just came home from my birthday dinner in Indika Indian Kitchen restaurant and I couldn’t be more disappointed, hungry and very annoyed. Everything in the restaurant was wrong, food was horrible, service below average. The restaurant was filled with smoke from the kitchen and making us , my 2 ,5 year old nephews and other customers cough to the point we shared our water with the table next to us as no staff cared enough and didn’t even offer to bring any water to the table My starters never arrived , main door were banging due to wind throughout the dinner, and staff was unprofessional The worst experience ever
I had one of the best curry experiences of my life. Service is polite and not intrusive. The food is hot and tasty. The atmosphere is authentic and cordial. Such an amazing discovery. I can't wait to go back.
It probably doesn't look much from the outside or the inside! But this is one of the nicest Indians in London. The menu is well thought out with both your regular Indian favourites and little wonderful surprises, like the king prawn delight, Goan fish or the beautiful lightly battered paneer cooked in the clay oven. I love eating here because the dishes are prepared lightly, not with a lot of oil or ghee, which is all too common in some Indian restaurants. The result is that dishes taste fresh fragrant and full of distinct flavours. The staff are lovely and know the menu well, so are able to help you find a good selection. It's BYOB, with a really great store next door that has a wonderful selection of organic wines! Green lanes has become a bit overwhelmed in terms of food recently, but Indika is truly a green lanes jewel.
