Took my dress in for repair and clean came to £18.50 when I got it back home open the plastic my dress smelt so bad like damp my partner took 4x suits and they had loads of creases still in them normally the service is good but do t know what happened this time round
Service had a quick turnaround time. Suit and shirt combo came back clean with only two tiny blemishes that came out subsequently with damp brushing. Some staff members were helpful and receptive to questions, others were not. Value for money was very reasonable, quite satisfied on the whole, thanks.
Had an emergency wedding to attend, so needed a suit dry cleaned and pressed at short notice. Seems the normal turnaround time is 24 hours, and the price was excellent, at 7.50. Cannot complain at all, very happy and would use again and recommend to others.

Went into Indigo 2 weeks ago to check whether they could clean kingsize quilts 10.5 tog polyester . Told they could and quoted price. Went in today to be told it was 'too large as they only had standard-sized machines'. Can't believe a business doesn't know the basics and staff can't advise customers correctly. They advertise duvet/quilt cleaning in the window... 'what size Indigo? Single, lightweight only?!!! ' Recently moved into area and will be taking all dry-cleaning business elsewhere!
I took my coat which is 3 years old to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up it looked brand new and had replaced a button too. Great and fast service and great prices, will definitely use again, thankyou
I don't normally post about poor service but Indigo Dry Cleaners take things to another level of poor customer service. Numerous times I've taken things to be cleaned and had to take them back on discovering marks are still left remaining. Today, took the biscuit when I took my tie to be cleaned twice and when I asked them to try and clean it again they said I had to pay ‍ - see ya one lost customer.
Indigo were fantastic when I took my suit in 4 hours before my wedding after finding and old mark. Perfect customer service and great dry cleaning in an instant.
Clothes were not properly pressed and were stained - communication is poor and service as well. Too bad - it would be a great asset for the community to have a good dry cleaner in Sherwood.
Good value - cleaned 2 suits and jacket and re attached a button for £16 - managed to get bird poo and baby sick out of the suits - can't say fairer than that!
