Ordered here for new years eve for a large group of people. Food was absolutely fantastic, i have been very disappointed with takeaway restaurants recently but this place is truly one of the last places locally that offers value for money. Lots of meat. Portion sizes above and beyond expectations and great tasting food. Highly recommended

great food but regardless of date you call you are quoted 1 hour 15 mins delivery time and then when you chase you are told 5 mins away and then it comes!

Possibly one of, if not, the worst takeaways I have ever had the unfortunate and most unpleasant pleasure of paying for, never mind expected to consume!  First and foremost, I have to apologise to Brabantia for having to accept “food” no one else would!  As I live not too far, I thought I would go in person, order, wait and takeaway to enjoy fresh, hot Tandoori food!  Had my doubts the moment I walked in the door but thought I’d give it a go! Placed my order and took a seat, fortunately / unfortunately in prime view even if brief, glimpses of the kitchen.  I really started to question, what was I thinking!!!!  For one, I really have to question the government and it’s food safety ratings system as they have this takeaway as  5 *  I can only assume the accessor was blind.  Several orders for delivery backed up on the counter waiting for delivery drivers to return to collect them and take out for delivery, all the time I was thinking, I’m glad I have come, ordered to takeaway rather than opt for delivery! I just couldn’t stop thinking, all these pending delivery’s, they will be cold by the time they get delivered!  I’m glad I come in person “so I thought and oh how wrong I’d soon find out!”  My food come out of the kitchen and was handed to me.  It literally took me no more than 3 minutes to get home!  Food was cold. The battered fried onion balls stank to high heaven, literally soaked everything with oil, binned!  Spicy poppadom was stale.  The rest of the food and I am being generous by saying, food was luke warm!  I dread to think what conditions the food for delivery arrived in and reading some of the reviews, I can understand!  It was awful and a complete waste of money!

Adjusting to "ok" quality,  no deliveries after 10pm on weekends out of the blue !, standards have been slipping over the last12 months great shame they used to be my go to place, but now I'm finding better quality and pricing at other nearby restaurants.

Placed an order at 5:34pm. Took over 2 and a half hours to arrive. Tried to call to get an update but no one answered the phone after several attempts. When the ordered was delivered there was no apology or acknowledgement of the issues. The food was just about warm by the time it arrived.

Have been getting from here since I can remember 20 years or so and the worst I could say is sometimes it can take abit longer however tonight they took exactly as long as they said and the food was just beyond fantastic

Ordered several curries from this restaurant, couldn’t taste any of the spices, mostly bland and very sweet. Too much sugar in the dishes. Saag Paneer blended bits of melted cheese, would not recommend.

We have been using this takeaway for well over 20 years. It is easily the best in the area. I always collect and usually get a very accurate forecast of when the food will be ready. Lovely people, great food.

Great quick service but the food was not very good. I ordered a king prawn bhuna and the prawns definitely weren’t king at all they were tiny like normal ones you find in supermarket. The bhuna also wasn’t very flavoursome just purely curry powder and coriander taste and overpowering so no depth etc. garlic naan was dry. Sag aloo was nice and so was the mushroom rice. Couldn’t eat much due to the taste. Put off from here now.

Ordered at 6:45 with an estimated delivery for 7:30, didn’t arrive until 9:15. Tried calling MULTIPLE times but no answer. When it arrived there was no apology and food was nothing special.
