We ate here tonight as we're staying locally. It's a basic restaurant that does most of its business as takeaway. Whilst it is dated, it was really clean and tidy. The food was excellent and the service was quick, despite the regular takeaway orders. The food was well presented, fresh and was some of the tastiest we've had. It cost £42 for a starters each, a main and rice each, a naan and a drink. Such good value. We would definitely come back.
Collected a takeaway while staying at Blagdon Barn. Quirky restaurant, we were greeted by Tanvik who was about 10 years old but had our collection fully under control and took payment. Food was great and very hot so travelled well. Food all as expected, tasty and large portions would use again
Brilliant take away great food fast delivery. We had a meal for two but there was enough for three people. We ordered online by card to deliver to our cottage where we were staying. The owner did phone us to confirm our order and to tell us delivery was £2 in cash so make sure you have cash for the delivery.
We were staying locally, looking for an Indian takeaway, we were put off some of the reviews of the Bude takeaways so tried Indian Ocean. It was fantastic! 20 mins back to our cottage and the food was still piping hot. We enjoyed beautifully cooked tandoori meat with great flavour.
Ordered on their dedicated platform.nFood was piping hot and ready at the time requested.nDon't be put off by the dated restaurant, the food was tasty and reasonably priced.nWe had the chicken korma and the butter chicken with rice, a garlic naan and a cheese naan. All the food was fresh, the butter chicken was slightly paler and milder than you get up north but still very tasty.
