I’ve been using Indian Diner for my takeaways for almost 5 years. I’d say delivery times have always been somewhat ‘generous’ and seem to have become progressively worse. Last weekend was one of the worst yet! When I called to place my order, I initially asked the lady how long delivery would take. “around an hour” I was informed. I then proceeded with my food order. After waiting two hours for my food and 4 phone calls later, our food eventually arrived. No apology, no reason. This will be the last time I ever order from Indian Diner. You desperately need to sort your delivery service out! Absolute shambles.

We ordered a meal that should have cost just over £20.00 - the driver came and charged £37.25 - my partner paid it not wanting to argue with the delivery driver which I think is fair. Baring in mind this is maybe an hour fifteen to an hour twenty after ordering and a call to see where it was. We called and the manager was agitated and swift and didn’t really listen at all. He was almost angry with me for calling in and having an issue. He spoke very very quickly. Conceded we may have one extra dish after I really had to push back we had four but he explained away the other three as add on’s to other dishes and such - news to me as 34 years Pakistani but hey ho. I emailed him three days ago after calculating the cost of our meal online and how much it should have been - the food we had ordered even with the extra dish we did not order he conceded had been sent -should have been 29.00 not 37.00. Without the dish we did not order it should have been 20.00 - to not hear back. We are owed nearly 20.00 by this restaurant and Johnny who said he is the owner. It’s baffling to be honest. The phone call was baffling, we made an order. We should have been charged for that order. A receipt should have been sent with the order. When we called to say this is double the food and money, he should have said sorry. Someone will be back to pick it up and give you your money back and we will text you or send you a receipt. I am still waiting for an email response for what is now theft? I’m genuinely baffled by this. I would never recommend getting a delivery from here ever via ordering on the phone. It’s the biggest no from me in regards to places to order from. We were also poorly which was why I decided salan or curry was a good idea to cleanse so that sucks. 0/10 for me Jonny. Sorry. You owe me nearly 20.00. I’d rather donate that elsewhere. I feel like I’ve been robbed. Utterly bizarre. Having said that if I do receive my money back which I am hopeful about because otherwise this is just actual robbery?! I will of course delete this review.

Very Rude Staff. Apparently the waiter didn't like questions being asked about the food. Horrible service. Our cold drinks were served from old bottle. Food was not up to the mark either.

Shocking service phoned 4 times stated onn its way 1 hr later said 5 mins rand twice more rude 2hrs 30 min to deliver freezing cold had to microwave it wouldnt go back no only good thing was a friendly drive so apologetic
Had a takeaway delivered today, no chutneys and the poppadoms were in pieces and smaller than walkers crisps. I have phoned them and all he said was oh, will give you extra next time. Not a good attitude, will not be going back so we have lost out there. Not impressed me at all
Great food, friendly staff and not too pricey, really enjoyed it.
Had the worst food from there last night, took 2 hours to be delivered, even after ringing twice to ask where it is and getting told it was almost there when it wasn't, by the time it had arrived it was stone cold and inedible.
