I ordered from here today and there was a bit of a mix up from my end regarding my address. But I am grateful and would like to thank you for making an attempt to deliver again.nAnyways , the food was extremely oily and the package it came in was drenched. The biryani tasted like raw spices such as turmeric which hasn't been cooked at all. Below the biryani , there was a layer of oil swimming as well. The curry with biryani was just oil. I couldn't take a picture because my hands were covered in oil too. I just threw away the food after 2-3 bites as this is not healthy at all sadly. The only good thing is there was lots of chicken and less rice. Hopefully, there will be a good experience with food next time :
Food was underwhelming, got butter chicken mild tasted bland didn’t know mild spice correlates to being bland and no seasonings for flavour. Chicken in butter chicken also seemed boiled, upon telling them this they said we can’t tell you how we cooked as if I wanted their bland recipe, they said they don’t put any seasoning as this is mild. Makes no sense at all . The sweet nan was like eating out of date tortilla that has been dehydrated and barely had filling. The staff are rude and hung up as soon as I asked for refund. I then came to drop off the food and get a refund and they just tried to justify the trash food by saying I must have Covid or I eat spicy food therefore can’t taste the flavour ; all of like 9 staff in their small kitchen. The best thing that came from this is giving the food that I didn’t like at all to a walking by homeless man who was starving. I do not recommend, wouldn’t order from here again. Only positive is restaurant said they could remake the food but giving the circumstances and the smug staff I wouldn’t trust them to remake it. I’d of been better off eating at a 2 start Indian restaurant back home in London…
I bought 3 curry’s. Any wasn’t good: I call the takeaway and the guy who answer the phone was rude saying that they don’t care. After I requested to speak whit the manager in a good manner as I want to sort out and the guy on the phone ask me if I’m MUSLIM . I’m not. And he said this is the reason I call . Because I want to eat free. That is totally false. Looks that in that shop if you buy and you not Muslim your a liar or at least is what I understand. Please corect me if I’m not right
First time getting a takeaway from here and it was pretty good. But not perfect.nThe rice was super oily, making is hard to eat as it was just sat in a pool of oil. It tasted amazing though!nnCurries were both good, just had way too much sauce with them.nnThe naan breads were great, we will definitely order again just hoping for less oil next time.
