Always grand. The quantity is very, very generous as is the taste-one of the best I've ever had, genuinely. The service is also great, with collections and deliveries as far as I'm aware. I gather it's one of the owners who manually hands the bag of food over, politely reminding to support the bag if necessary-very conscientious. It's damn hot in there for my liking, but many places are this way. It's also not directly in town, so not too busy outside; convenient, friendly, very tasty and I always have spare for the next day. Moreover, it's a pleasure to have such a lovely business local. I very much appreciate the cottages presence in guisborough  Wheelchair accessibility: I can&#39;t remember if there&#39;s a step, but the main door is a squeeze I&#39;d imagine in a wheelchair. Perhaps there&#39;s an alternative entrance but best call ahead if applicable

Been going here for around 20 years. Amazing food! I've tried many different Indian cuisine in the North East but this has to be the best and most consistent. The staff are very polite and welcoming. My go to Indian when I'm in Guisborough.

Have used the Indian Cottage since 1991 and its as good now as it was back then.

The food here is superb, the choice is virtually limitless and the service goes above and beyond what could be expected in my most extravagant dreams. We have been going here for 30 years, now there is a scary thought. Why you might ask, why not try somewhere new? We do, and to get the proper taste, the real flavour and expert advice we have Always returned The Indian Cottage. Quite simply it IS the best. There you have it.

Used them twice this year. Not very good at all. Nice enough people but the foods really not up to scratch . Worst £13.00 I've ever spent unfortunately.

Amazing food and exceptional service! Our waiter brought us a few extra things to try that weren't on the menu but could tell we would like based on what we'd already ordered. All staff were very attentive and welcoming. The food was all delicious.. Even the more basic things like mushroom pilau rice! A lot of effort seems to go into everything they cook. Will definitely be back.

Food here is consistently good. What more can I say - anything you order from the menu will not be a disappointment. Great friendly service
