We've been using IMASA for a good few years now and I can honestly say that they have greatly reduced the amount of politics we've had to deal with, yet still delivered very good value and service over the years. I would highly recommend any club looking to take control of their insurance directly.
I cannot possibly tell you in the space I have, just how helpful IMASA have been for me, as a new leader of a new Tai Chi club! Right from the start, I have had prompt, helpful advice on every single aspect of running my group. My students are grateful for the support that they know is there, and from the reassurance they receive from having everything sorted. The Association are friendly, efficient, accessible and readily available for advice, including the answering of every question I have ever had about insurance, and I have had a great many of these questions! - they are professional colleagues, advisers - and friends! Paul and Allika have guided me to organise the necessary administrative details I needed to arrange and set up my club, they signposted me to the correct qualifications to acquire eg. First Aid qualifications I needed to complete with recommendations, information and further advice forwarded to me immediately; they ran a coaching course which I attended on-line, which was - well, brilliant, no other words! I have had queries about organising my paperwork answered by return, and friendly, helpful reassurance and information about a host of seemingly complex issues, always answered in their clear, precise, and no-nonsense manner, which leaves me confident and clear about what I need to do, and how, and leaving me able to do what I want to do: run a great club! I've been a member of IMASA for around 8 years now. Our association has several hundred students and we've always found IMASA professional & helpful. So much so that we recommended IMASA to our friends from Sakura Martial Arts in Devon, who are now happy members too!
