Nick was extremely attentive and reliable as he helped myself and my partner to secure a mortgage and move into our first home. He was supportive at every step, from understanding the buying process at the beginning all the way up to finalising contracts. Nick's guidance and advice was invaluable, whilst his patience and ability to answer any query thrown his way was a reassuring factor throughout the buying process. Im first time buyer and was recommended Nick through a friend. Nick was fantastic answering all the questions I had and made the whole process easy. He gave some really good advice around what to do and when to do it. It was a long process due to solicitors and Nick was very patient and helpful throughout. Nick was extremely helpful throughout the whole house buying process. He sat down with us at the start and advised us on saving goals and really helped us understand what our maximum budget would be and how we could achieve it. He always replied swiftly to emails and phone calls which was really important to have as we were new to the process as first time buyers. Even when we hit a few bumps in the solicitor process, Nick was straight on the phone to help and to keep things running smoothly. We have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so!
Nick was incredibly helpful throughout our entire moving process. Our situation was not very straightforward and with the addition of the instability of the market and mortgage rates changing rapidly, Nick provided honest and detailed information. He provided breakdowns for each of our borrowing options, showing what the rates would be and the different monthly payments. It allowed us to make an fully informed decision and he patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions - of which there were many! We could not have asked for more. Highly recommend.
We have used Nick for our mortgage for 6 years now and he is fantastic! When we initially took out our mortgage, we struggled to get a broker to get us a mortgage due to our credit history, we had been through several brokers who were unable to help us, within 20minutes of being with John and Nick, we had our mortgage in principle! A few months later we moved in to our own house. Every time it's due for renewal Nick gets us the best possible price and is always on the ball with great communication and able to answer any questions we have. I have no issues with recommending them to others and will continue to use Nick for any future mortgages.

That really builds your confidence and puts your mind at ease when making big decisions with regards to your finances.
