Our boiler stopped working 3 days ago (on a friday evening), we called our usual plumber who said : " sorry, not before the new year!". This morning (monday) at 9 am, I called Ind NG and JK, I spoke to a lady, who told me that someone will call me back in the morning. 11.30am, an engineer called me and guiding me on the phone through a quick procedure, he managed to start the boiler in less than 2mn. I asked how much I owed him, he said :" nothing, just remember us next time..."
That is what I call service !
