I visited Sandhurst garage to purchase a new Yaris Cross. My experience with my purchase was totally positive through out the whole process. A special mention goes to Kira who kept us informed through out the order to delivery. I can thoroughly recommend this garage and the service they provided.
Excellent service from Mark in the Parts department. Helped me right away and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Really really appreciate his help as I could not get any help on the same issue from Inchcape Guildford at all. I will always go to Sandhurst now straight away. Thank you.
I always believe there is room for improvement in customer service and customer satisfaction.nEverything would have been perfect except for a poor paint restoration on wing mirror, part exchange could have been more competitive on what was a premium priced used car. Hence the 4 stars.nIt would have been 5 except for those reasons.nHowever I would certainly consider buying another car from Inchcape in the future.nRegards to Josh and Kira for there help in my purchase.
