We went to IN n OUT on the off chance we could get our car MOTd the same day.  They gave me an appointment within 2 hours. I dropped the car off and they contacted me within the time they stated. I was not able to collect the car straight away.  They kept the car until I could get there.. The service was great, very professional, friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again and recommend friends and family too.  Excellent service.

They did my service very quick not long to wait really. Then they booked me in the next couple of days for the repairs. I was out of there in 45 minutes. All in all very good service thank you

Booked an introductory offer, combo interim service and MOT £74, which was a good price. There was a premium for cars with synthetic oil...pretty much every car these days. Car failed on rear brake pads, had them replaced at a cost of £79…a bit steep when considering they used a very cheap brand. Advisories were front discs, brake fluid and wheel alignment. Strange thing was, only just had wheels aligned and balanced 2 weeks before. Took a lot longer than expected as the guys working on the cars spent a lot of time talking and on their phones. The staff comprised of too many young lads all working together, no one keeping them focused on the work. Overall impression was that they get you in with the good looking offers, then bump it up with over priced extras. Wouldn't use again.

Really helpful and friendly. Took me through the process step by step. Quite rare to find garages you can trust but these were great really good customer service too many thanks!

My mum took her car for an mot ...it failed .. needed a spring (£15) cv boot (£10) set of wipers (£8) and something else... somehow this managed to accrue to £401!!! How you tell me the spring was £101!? And it was a cheap budget spring not even a good quality one!!! It was somehow about £35 for some Bosch wiper blades for an 02 plate Corsa... could have got a cheaper MOT at main dealers..  joke of a place...
